Dear Kelly and Gillian,
 
Please review this document so that you know my position regarding the persecution towards me by the Chinese Communist Party. Hope this is enough to bring your attention to the truth of my attitude towards Science and your responsibility as a good scientist living in America.
 
Again, I am here to encourage both of you to join my efforts to bring the most frontier modern life science discovery to the children of future, by working on this unique Charter School. I will be working on the teaching materials of Frontier Life Science, from K-5. Both of you can help in this project. In addition, fund raising efforts among fellow scientists will need your support. It is time for all of us scientists to give back what we have taken from the general public. Only this way, we can have a good future, from the spiritual perspective. Superficial success with fame and money will not last. Life is transient. One day everyone of us will have to face our conscience. Have we really done anything good in this life for fellow human beings? Only after I started to practice Falun Dafa, I understand that most of my glorious "accomplishment" in fact is my debts to the general public: I shall give back whatever I have learned about life science to those who give me their money and trust to walk the journey as a scientist on the land of America.

Attached please find the full application of the Whole Elephant Charter School submitted to the Department of Education. Please kindly review the content of the application and provide your timely advice.
 
When I walk around here in the community, I frequently bump into mothers and grandmothers who excitedly expressed to me that they are now looking forward to this new Chinese Charter, which will be the first in the entire New York State.
 
There are so many Chinese immigrants here in New York, but there is no Chinese Charter. I am glad that we are now making a breakthrough.
 
No matter how much pressure you feel, please use your heart to support this great project. Many children and and parents will be grateful to you in the future for what you have supported.
 
I thank you both and will continue to report to you the progress on this project.
