In order to carry out the community outreach activities required by the application of the Chinese Charter Schools in New York State, Dr. Lotus King Weiss spent about two and a half hours to thoroughly go over the details of the proposed Whole Elephant Chinese Charter School to the entire team of 500 learners on this platform, for seeking feedback to be incorporated into the final proposal.
