2014 New Initiatives： Four Letter of Intent (LOI)s Submitted On the morning of February 10, 2014, the Whole Elephant Chinese Charter School Teams have submitted four Letter of Intent (LOI)s to the SUNY Trustees as the trusted New York State Authorizer for approval of four upcoming Chinese Charter Schools: The Whole Elephant Chinese Charter School:
The Confucius Chinese Charter School:
The Lotus Chinese Charter School:
The East-West Clear Wisdom Charter School:
Community outreach sample letters to local Chinese Associations, non-profit organizations and Chinese Media groups are also submitted. An "Announcement" of these upcoming four Chinese Charter Schools sent to all Education Councils and School District Superintendents in New York City to seek for feedbacks is also submitted (see "Blog" section "2014 Chinese Charter School Project". The first open house event for collecting community feedback will be held in Flushing Mall on the Valentine's Day. All comments and suggestions are warmly welcomed! |
