On June 23rd, 2015, a Letter of Intent (LOI) to establish the Whole Elephant Chinese Charter School was submitted to the Charter School Office of Department of Education of New York State. On July 10th, 2015, a letter of Intent (LOI) to establish the Whole Elephant Chinese Charter School, the Confucius Chinese Charter School and the Lotus Chinese Charter School will be submitted to the SUNY Trustees for establishing these Chinese Charter Schools in September 2016. On December 11, 2015, a letter of Intent (LOI) to establish the East-West Clear Wisdom Chinese Charter School will be submitted to SUNY Trustees for establishing this Chinese Charter School in September 2017.
